Are your files safe with your antivirus?
Generally all of us install an antivirus (mostly free )and get assured thinking that we are now safe against any kind of virus attacks, but still there are chances, that your data and files get infected.
It’s not possible for one antivirus to find and release all virus definitions, because
- Everyday lot of new viruses attacks on your system
- Many viruses are born over the internet everyday .so it’s little difficult for any antivirus company find that virus and write definitions for that.
- Sometime we are not downloading software’s and data from reputed sources.
- Many web pages include inbuilt viruses that we don’t know.
So I will suggest you to use alternate antivirus software’s, that means use one antivirus for couple of weeks then replace it with some other for next few days, this practice is helpful to achieve an infection free system. I recommend AVG, Avast, Avira Antivir, McAfee, e-scan etc which have free editions present with updated definitions over the internet.
