Screen check is online tool, which help us to check screen in two terms tone and color.

For that they provide two strips from 1 to 100 with breaks to check contrast, brightness and color.

First, you should set the contrast on your monitor to the highest setting (i.e. 100).

Second, Adjust the brightness so the shape in the barely visible and background appears as a solid black (i.e. around 25 to 30). To adjust contrast and brightness ,use menu button on your screen , select , and use arrow buttons to adjust.

If you see RGB spectrum with breaks, it means you are not viewing with the maximum color available. So use maximum color available to get better screen.

After using screen check, my computer screen has become comfortable and first time I am using all the available colors. So I will say at least once check your screen with screen check and enjoy the difference.
