If Windows didn&#039;t detect the hardware and install a driver during install or reboot then it doesn&#039;t have the driver for it. 
Simply asking Windows to update the driver isn&#039;t going to help UNLESS the microsoft database has been updated, but this is almost never the case because it only carries very generic drivers.</description>
