Send the file of any size with PipeBytes

17 September 20086 Comments

PipeBytes file transfer service, being an online tool, it doesn’t need any installation, and moreover no account creation or sign-up is required, simply open it in browser and enjoy using the service. It’s a private service not like any peer to peer technologies (e.g. Bit Torrent)

What is good about this service?

PipeBytes allows sending the file of any size. Upload file and take the code or URL, send to your friend with you want to share this file. Your friend could start downloading file as you upload it, i.e. it allows streaming, by allowing the receiver to download the file as it continues to upload.

PipeByte integrate with IM clients. Users of Meebo (which is fantastic web-based chat client, includes Yahoo, MSN, Goggle Talk, ICQ, and Jabber) can use PipeBytes to exchange files of any size while chatting. All you need to do is select application rocket and select “Send files” from the list.

I like this service because it allows sending file of any size. Best part of this service is streaming.
