			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">Desktop hang is normal problem in windows (2000, xp etc). When I logging on, <strong>desktop never shows up</strong>, I am not able to access any application, even not able to access start menu. After small hard work, I understand that my desktop is hanged. Some time it might be happen that explore.exe is running in the background but still desktop is not appear.</p>
<h3 style="text-align: justify;">How to restart Hang Desktop</h3>
<ul style="text-align: justify;">
<li>Press alt + ctrl + delete, to get the task manager.</li>
<li>End the process explore.exe from process.</li>
<li>Run new task from file option.</li>
<li>Just type c:\windows\explore or explore.exe or explore.This will restart  desktop.<img class="size-full wp-image-1484 aligncenter" title="desktop" src="http://geekytips.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2009/03/desktop.jpg" alt="desktop" width="331" height="334" /></li>
