Now they can enjoy the Windows 98 themes on their Windows 7. Manan at I’m just being Manan managed to extract Windows 98 Plus! Themes and package the wallpapers, mouse pointers, desktop icons, color schemes in 16 themes.

Installing themes is so simple. All you need to do is to download the theme and double click on them. It will installed and applied as your current theme automatically.

You can also customize these themes by changing desktop icons, mouse pointers, Windows sounds, wallpapers, etc. All you have to do is from Personalization (Refer the following screenshot).
